This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging HR Advisor to step into a broad, hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with leaders and play a key role in supporting a values-driven workforce.
The opportunity
Reporting to a senior People & Culture leader, you’ll act as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle. This role offers strong variety, blending day-to-day HR support with projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team and contribute to building a positive, engaged and high-performing workforce.

Key responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment support, from briefing through to onboarding
- Advising leaders on performance, conduct and employee relations matters
- Supporting engagement and development processes, including performance check-ins
- Coordinating learning and development initiatives and mandatory training
- Managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews
- Promoting workplace health, safety and wellbeing
- Contributing to HR projects and process improvements
- 2+ years’ experience in a generalist HR or Advisor role
- Confident supporting employee relations matters with a balanced, practical approach
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Passion for working in a purpose-led, people-focused organisation
