About the Role:

Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you will act as a key point of contact across the organisation, providing day-to-day HR support to both leaders and employees:
- You will take ownership of backfill recruitment, managing the end-to-end coordination process, while also supporting onboarding and broader HR operations.
- In addition, you will gain exposure to generalist HR responsibilities, including light employee relations matters, involvement in HR projects, and contributing to ongoing team initiatives.
- You are a people-focused and proactive HR professional with a strong generalist foundation.
- You bring confidence in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and are able to build trusted relationships across the business.
- You have a balanced and pragmatic approach, with the ability to be both approachable and firm when required.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset will set you up for success in this role.
- Circa $120,000 package
- 12-month FTC with strong potential to go permanent
