We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a 6-month contract, providing essential support across a couple of key corporate functions. This role sits at the heart of business operations—combining day-to-day HR partnership with involvement in key organisational change initiatives.

With ongoing transformation activity and increased demand across the business, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring leaders are supported, projects stay on track, and people strategies are effectively delivered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner closely with leaders across corporate groups to deliver pragmatic, high-quality HR support
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and transformation programs
- Support workforce planning and project delivery through detailed tracking and analysis (your Excel skills will shine here)
- Collaborate with specialist HR teams including People Operations, Employee Relations, HRIS, Talent Management, and Reward & Benefits
- Navigate a complex, global matrix environment—building strong relationships and guiding stakeholders through change
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a strong HR Generalist ready to step up
- Demonstrated exposure to organisational change, transformation, or restructuring initiatives
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse data and track project outcomes
- Confidence working in fast-paced, global, and matrixed environments
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
