    About the Role:
    This is an HR Business Partner role with a strong focus on Employee Relations, sitting within a collaborative and high-performing team.

    You’ll take ownership of a busy and varied portfolio, managing complex ER matters end-to-end and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. The role is hands-on and requires someone confident in navigating challenging situations while balancing risk, fairness and commercial outcomes. Key areas of focus include:
    • Managing complex employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, misconduct and performance management
    • Coaching and supporting leaders through difficult conversations and processes
    • Interpreting and applying awards and enterprise agreements across a diverse workforce
    • Managing workers' compensation cases, including return-to-work planning
    • Partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver consistent, practical HR support
    This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that offers strong exposure to complex and meaningful people matters.
     
    About You: 
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end employee relations matters within complex organisations
    • Strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks (awards and/or enterprise agreements)
    • Demonstrated workers' compensation case management experience
    • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
    • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
    • Practical, resilient and calm under pressure, with a solutions-focused approach
