About the Role:
This is an immediate start fixed-term opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to operate in a true generalist capacity within a fast paced and operationally focused environment.
You will partner with senior leaders across either a manufacturing and operations portfolio, providing end-to-end HR support while driving people initiatives aligned to business performance.
This role is both strategic and hands on, requiring strong ER and IR capability, as well as the ability to influence, coach and challenge leaders to uplift capability and drive accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong foundation across generalist HR, combined with deep expertise in employee relations and operational environments. You are comfortable working close to the business, building credibility with leaders and navigating complexity with confidence.

- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Managing complex employee relations and industrial relations matters including investigations, grievances and terminations
- Supporting organisational change, restructures and workforce planning initiatives
- Delivering core HR programs including performance, talent, learning and remuneration
- Coaching leaders to build capability, improve engagement and drive high performance
- Partnering with HR and operational teams to deliver consistent and effective people outcomes
- Using data and insights to inform decision making and improve business performance
You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong foundation across generalist HR, combined with deep expertise in employee relations and operational environments. You are comfortable working close to the business, building credibility with leaders and navigating complexity with confidence.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role within a complex or multi site environment
- Strong ER and IR capability with experience managing end to end case work and investigations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align people strategy with business outcomes
- A hands on, pragmatic approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
- Hybrid working model with 3 days on site and 2 days work from home
- Exposure to a broad and diverse client group across operational and commercial functions
- Supportive and collaborative HR team environment
