  • This is a strong opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into a broad, hands‑on role within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

    The organisation is well established with a strong emphasis on leadership capability, employee experience and practical people solutions.

    The HR Business Partner plays a key role in supporting leaders across the business and helping translate commercial priorities into effective people outcomes.

    This role offers scope, variety and flexibility, with an option to work four days per week or full time.

    The role

    Partnering closely with senior leaders, you’ll provide practical and commercially grounded HR support across the employee lifecycle.
    This is a true generalist role, balancing business partnering, employee relations, performance management and change support and suits someone who enjoys being close to the business and visible with leaders and teams.

    You’ll be trusted to operate with autonomy, good judgement and a pragmatic approach in a dynamic operating environment.
    What you’ll be doing
    • Partnering with leaders to support day‑to‑day people matters
    • Providing advice on performance management, employee relations and workplace issues
    • Supporting organisational change, restructures and people initiatives as required
    • Coaching leaders to build capability and confidence in people management
    • Ensuring people practices are fair, compliant and aligned to business needs
    • Contributing to broader people and culture initiatives
    About you

    You’re a confident, practical HR Business Partner who enjoys working closely with leaders and employees.

    You bring sound judgement, a steady approach to employee relations and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.

    You’ll likely bring:
    • Solid experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role
    • Strong employee relations capability
    • Confidence advising and influencing leaders
    • A practical, solutions‑focused mindset
    • Experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑centric environments (desirable)
