Lead enterprise wide transformation in a complex environment, delivering meaningful, people centred change with strong executive visibility.
About the Organisation
This organisation is a large, national, values-led employer operating in a complex and regulated environment, with a strong focus on people, capability and long-term sustainability. With a diverse workforce and multiple sites, the organisation is continuing to invest in uplifting systems, capability and ways of working to better support its workforce and customers. About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, this newly created Change Manager role sits within the People, Culture and Capability function and plays a critical role in delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will lead, plan and deliver end-to-end change management strategies, taking a holistic and people-centric approach. The role is accountable for change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis and engagement, change impact assessments, communication planning, and the development of detailed change, adoption and measurement plans. This is a genuinely hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and practical delivery. A key part of the role is building capability and credibility for change management as a discipline and embedding its value across the organisation.
About You
You are an experienced change professional with a background across People and Culture, Change Management and or Project Management, ideally gained in large, complex organisations. Experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development or HR Business Partnering roles will be highly regarded.
You bring proven experience delivering end-to-end change for major systems implementations and are confident navigating ambiguity, complexity and competing priorities.
