    About the Role:
    This is a broad HR Generalist role supporting the employee lifecycle across a dynamic workforce, with exposure to both HR and payroll processes. Reporting into an experienced HR leader, you will work closely with managers and employees, providing practical, compliant, and commercially aligned HR support within an operational environment.

      • Providing end‑to‑end HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle
      • Supporting and assisting with payroll processes, including liaison with payroll providers and ensuring accurate data inputs
      • Supporting recruitment activities, onboarding, and probation processes
      • Preparing HR documentation, employment contracts, and maintaining employee records
      • Assisting with performance management processes and broader HR initiatives
      • Supporting compliance, policy updates, and HR reporting

    About You:
    You will be a proactive and people‑focused HR professional who enjoys working in a hands‑on generalist role and engaging with a diverse workforce.
      • Previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR Advisor role
      • Demonstrated experience supporting payroll processes or working closely with payroll teams/providers
      • Experience working within blue‑collar or operational environments (desirable)
      • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance
      • Strong stakeholder management skills with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
