A large, complex organisation with a national footprint is seeking an experienced People Partner to support its Corporate client group. This is a senior, hands‑on role partnering closely with executive and senior leaders to deliver practical people solutions in a regulated, fast‑moving environment.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as a trusted adviser to the Corporate leadership team, providing end‑to‑end support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to broader People & Culture priorities.

The role
As People Partner, you will:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business and organisational priorities.
- Provide expert advice across employee relations and industrial relations, including performance management, grievances, investigations and absence management.
- Support enterprise agreement and consultation activity, working closely with legal and senior stakeholders.
- Lead and embed core people processes, including engagement, performance and remuneration cycles.
- Drive organisational development initiatives such as workforce planning, role design and change activity.
- Support talent development, succession planning and leadership capability uplift.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, manage risk and inform decision‑making.
- Work collaboratively with the broader People & Culture team to deliver enterprise‑wide initiatives within the Corporate client group.
You are an experienced People Partner or Senior HR Business Partner with:
- A track record of supporting senior executives in complex, mid‑to‑large organisations.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
- Proven capability managing complex ER matters with sound judgement and a practical, commercial approach.
- Confidence operating in environments experiencing change and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a clear, direct communication style.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance local client needs with enterprise consistency.
