  • A large, complex organisation with a national footprint is seeking an experienced People Partner to support its Corporate client group. This is a senior, hands‑on role partnering closely with executive and senior leaders to deliver practical people solutions in a regulated, fast‑moving environment.

    Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as a trusted adviser to the Corporate leadership team, providing end‑to‑end support across the employee lifecycle while contributing to broader People & Culture priorities.

    The role

    As People Partner, you will:
    • Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business and organisational priorities.
    • Provide expert advice across employee relations and industrial relations, including performance management, grievances, investigations and absence management.
    • Support enterprise agreement and consultation activity, working closely with legal and senior stakeholders.
    • Lead and embed core people processes, including engagement, performance and remuneration cycles.
    • Drive organisational development initiatives such as workforce planning, role design and change activity.
    • Support talent development, succession planning and leadership capability uplift.
    • Use people data and insights to identify trends, manage risk and inform decision‑making.
    • Work collaboratively with the broader People & Culture team to deliver enterprise‑wide initiatives within the Corporate client group.
    About you

    You are an experienced People Partner or Senior HR Business Partner with:
    • A track record of supporting senior executives in complex, mid‑to‑large organisations.
    • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
    • Proven capability managing complex ER matters with sound judgement and a practical, commercial approach.
    • Confidence operating in environments experiencing change and competing priorities.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with a clear, direct communication style.
    • A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance local client needs with enterprise consistency.
    A tertiary qualification in human resources, business or a related discipline is expected. Some travel is required, along with a current driver’s licence.
