  • Circa $150,000-$170,000 + Superannuation
  • Brisbane Inner City Location
  • Rare blend of HR systems, process improvement and project-based work
  • About the Organisation:
We’re partnering with a large, complex organisation operating across Australia and globally, recognised as a leader in its field. As the organisation continues to evolve, the focus is now on strengthening systems, improving processes, and building a more connected, scalable and efficient People & Culture function. There is a strong emphasis on simplifying how things work, improving consistency, and better supporting employees across the full lifecycle.

    About the Role:
This is a newly evolved role sitting at the intersection of People & Culture, systems and process improvement.

You’ll take ownership of HR systems while driving end-to-end process improvement across the P&C function. You’ll work closely with the business to identify pain points, map workflows, and implement smarter, more efficient solutions. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on in systems and process detail, while also stepping back to reimagine how HR operates and delivers value to the business in a more efficient and connected way.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing and optimising HR systems, including SuccessFactors and other platforms
    • Identifying process inefficiencies across HR and redesigning workflows to improve outcomes
    • Mapping employee lifecycle touchpoints and embedding more connected, streamlined processes
    • Leading system enhancements, integrations and new module implementations (e.g. recruitment, compensation)
    • Driving automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across HR processes
    • Translating business and HR needs into practical system and process solutions
    • Partnering closely with the broader HR team, IT and business leaders to deliver initiatives end-to-end
    • Supporting improvements in HR data, reporting and dashboard capability alongside People Analytics
    About You:
You’re an HR / People & Culture professional who has developed strong exposure to systems and process improvement, and enjoys sitting between HR and technology. You bring a natural curiosity for how HR processes can be improved and are comfortable challenging the status quo. You enjoy testing ideas, exploring new tools, and finding smarter ways of working. You combine technical capability with a strong understanding of HR, and you’re confident partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that drive real impact

This role could also suit someone ready to step up into a broader, more project and stakeholder-led role, with the opportunity to expand their impact across HR systems and process optimisation.

    Must Have Experience:
    • Demonstrated experience working within an HR / People & Culture team, with a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
    • Experience working with HR systems (SuccessFactors or similar enterprise platforms)
    • Proven experience improving processes / workflows, systems or ways of working within an HR function
    • Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes across multiple stakeholders
    Why This Role:
    • Opportunity to shape how HR systems and processes operate at scale
    • A genuine blend of systems, process improvement and project delivery
    • Strong scope to experiment, innovate and introduce new ideas
    • Work closely with a supportive leader who values autonomy and collaboration
