An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Talent Acquisition Manager to step into a pivotal role within a purpose‑driven organisation
This is a highly visible role suited to a hands‑on TA leader who thrives in fast‑moving environments, enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and is passionate about building strong, sustainable workforce capability in healthcare.
The opportunity Reporting into the senior People leadership team, this role will lead the organisation’s end‑to‑end talent acquisition function during a period of growth and evolution. You will take ownership of recruitment strategy and delivery, while also leading and developing a small TA team to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes across frontline, corporate, and specialist roles.

You’re a confident and credible TA leader with experience operating in healthcare, aged care, disability, or similarly complex, people‑intensive environments. You’re comfortable leading a team and balancing strategy with delivery and enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed.

- Lead and deliver an end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth and workforce demand
- Manage and support a TA team, providing clear direction, coaching, and hands‑on leadership
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical frontline and specialist roles within home and community care
- Partner closely with senior leaders to understand workforce needs, provide market insights, and guide decision‑making
- Drive high‑impact recruitment campaigns, careers events, and community engagement initiatives
- Leverage recruitment data and insights to improve time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Strengthen employer brand through targeted attraction strategies and storytelling
- Review and improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate journeys
You’re a confident and credible TA leader with experience operating in healthcare, aged care, disability, or similarly complex, people‑intensive environments. You’re comfortable leading a team and balancing strategy with delivery and enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading or managing a Talent Acquisition function
- Strong people leadership capability, with experience guiding and uplifting TA teams
