Key responsibilities include:
- You will take ownership of leadership programs, influence learning strategy, and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s future skills agenda.
- Partner with leaders across the business to understand evolving capability needs and shape learning solutions that support strategic priorities.
- Design, develop, and deliver blended learning experiences,including leadership programs.
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are well‑planned, effectively communicated, and supported by strong stakeholder engagement.
- Use data, metrics, and evidence‑based insights (including AI‑generated analytics) to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a forward‑looking learning environment by delivering & facilitating engaging experiences, collaborating effectively with external partners, and staying informed on the latest thinking in leadership, learning, and organisational change.
