Unique opportunity to really lean into market leading org design work.
We’re looking for a senior org design specialist who enjoys getting stuck into the real work of redesigning how an organisation runs — not just drawing future‑state charts but shaping operating models that actually function.
You’ll work hands-on within a small, experienced team to redesign our operating model, focusing on decision rights, accountabilities, structure, and how work really flows. This is practical, systems‑oriented work. You’ll partner closely with internal leaders and external specialists to design, test, and iterate operating models — defining both target states and the messy but essential interim steps to get there.
This role is well suited to someone who has come from a management consulting background, particularly in org design, operating model, or transformation work — and who now wants to apply that experience in a more hands‑on, embedded way. Someone who understands frameworks but doesn’t lead with them. Someone who listens first, learns the enterprise context quickly, and adapts their approach as realities emerge.
Ideally, you’ve helped create modern, cross‑functional teams and know what it takes to make them work inside large, complex organisations — constraints, trade‑offs and all.

- A deeply experienced org design practitioner, ideally with a management consulting background
- Exposure to multiple operating model and org design lenses, and the judgement to know when (and when not) to use them
- High experience, low ego — curious, open‑minded, and always learning
- Pragmatic and hands‑on — comfortable moving from theory into ambiguity and imperfect reality
- A systems thinker who can hold complexity without becoming abstract
- Drawn to fast, adaptive thinking and execution
- Comfortable working without a pre‑defined playbook, and iterating as you go
