An Organisational Development Lead responsible for designing and embedding culture, engagement and people frameworks
We’re partnering with a values‑led, purpose‑driven organisation to find an experienced Organisational Development Lead to join their People & Culture leadership team.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys shaping culture, lifting engagement and designing people practices that genuinely support performance. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to design and embed people initiatives that enable the organisation’s strategy and future direction.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of People Experience, you’ll lead the design and delivery of organisation‑wide OD and culture initiatives, with a strong focus on employee experience, performance and engagement.
You’ll operate as both a strategist and a practitioner, comfortable moving between big‑picture thinking and practical execution and known for building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.

- Leading culture and engagement initiatives that support organisational priorities and performance
- Designing and delivering employee listening approaches across the lifecycle (engagement, onboarding, exit and pulse surveys)
- Using data, insights and research to inform decisions and drive meaningful action
- Designing and embedding performance, recognition and talent practices aligned to contemporary thinking
- Providing OD advice to leaders on organisational design, capability and change
- Leading people and culture projects from design through to embedding
- Keeping people practices current by staying across emerging trends and best practice
You’re an experienced OD or People & Culture professional who enjoys working in complex, fast‑moving environments and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in organisational development, culture or people consulting roles
- Strong capability across culture and engagement, employee experience and performance frameworks
- Confidence working with leaders as a trusted advisor
- A data‑informed approach, with the ability to translate insights into clear, practical actions
- Experience leading multiple streams of work and managing projects end to end
- A collaborative, pragmatic style and strong stakeholder engagement skills
