Join a global commercial market leading organisation, in an operational HR generalist role, with a national focus and HR Officer support
About the Organisation:
Our client is a sophisticated, global, and market leading corporate organisation operating within a complex, highly governed and performance driven environment.
With a strong professional culture and a reputation for commercial excellence, the business operates within a matrixed structure and manages a predominantly white collar workforce across multiple locations.
The organisation values integrity, accountability, collaboration and thoughtful leadership, and maintains high standards across governance, compliance and people practices.
About the Role:
The role reports directly to the Head of HR, APAC, and acts as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, managers and employees nationally across a multi site business.
This is a hands on HR operational generalist role providing end to end HR support across all areas of HR during a period of workforce change.
The role is broad and delivery focused, covering the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, performance management, remuneration cycles and policy governance.
About You:
You are an experienced senior HR generalist, or HR Business Partner who has operated successfully within complex, corporate or highly regulated environments.
You bring strong capability across employee relations, solid local industrial relations experience, and proven exposure to operating effectively through sensitive organisational change, including hands on experience managing difficult and high impact conversations.
You are commercially astute, confident coaching and influencing leaders at multiple levels, and comfortable operating as a trusted advisor in a fast paced, high standards environment.
You have demonstrated people management experience and enjoy mentoring and developing junior HR team members. You are pragmatic, steady under pressure, and recognised as a safe pair of hands who delivers with sound judgement and discretion.
