  • Salary package of $100,000 + super
  • North Sydney location, 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH

  • About the Role
    This is a permanent Return to Work Coordinator position based in North Sydney, supporting a diverse blue and white‑collar workforce across NSW. The role sits within an established Workers Compensation & Wellbeing function, with standardised processes already in place.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims across regions
    • Supporting injured workers currently receiving payments and not yet returned to work
    • Coordinating return‑to‑work plans within a complex, high‑risk industry environment
    • Liaising with internal insurers, claims partners and key stakeholders
    • Supporting compliance, documentation and reporting requirements
    • Assisting with pre‑employment medical assessments where required
    This role manages a large amount of active claims month‑on‑month and is considered the more junior coordinator position within the team, with a comparatively lighter caseload. 

    About You
    You are an experienced Return to Work, Injury Management or Workers Compensation professional who is comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments and managing competing priorities. Exposure to complex or high‑risk industry claims is highly beneficial.

    • Resilient, practical and outcomes‑focused
    • Confident working with data, reporting and performance metrics
    • Comfortable balancing regulatory requirements with strong stakeholder and employee care.
