- Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims across regions
- Supporting injured workers currently receiving payments and not yet returned to work
- Coordinating return‑to‑work plans within a complex, high‑risk industry environment
- Liaising with internal insurers, claims partners and key stakeholders
- Supporting compliance, documentation and reporting requirements
- Assisting with pre‑employment medical assessments where required
About You
You are an experienced Return to Work, Injury Management or Workers Compensation professional who is comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments and managing competing priorities. Exposure to complex or high‑risk industry claims is highly beneficial.
You bring a collaborative, team‑first mindset and are:
- Resilient, practical and outcomes‑focused
- Confident working with data, reporting and performance metrics
- Comfortable balancing regulatory requirements with strong stakeholder and employee care.
Additional Requirements / Benefits
- Permanent role based in North Sydney, NSW
- 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH
- Salary package of $100,000 + super
- Strong development focus with ongoing training and coaching
