    About the Role:

    This is a newly created, part time (2 days per week initially) initial 6 month contract opportunity for an experienced In-House Talent Acquisition / HR professional to asssist fill several corporate vacancies and support the broader HR agenda with a variety of talent and HR projects. 

    The role will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate functions, managing multiple vacancies from operational through to senior level. You will work closely with stakeholders to define hiring requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver high quality outcomes in a competitive market.

    Operating in a high touch environment, you will bring a structured and consultative approach to recruitment, ensuring a strong candidate experience and effective stakeholder engagement. In addition to recruitment delivery, you will support broader HR initiatives and projects as required, with scope for the role to expand as business needs evolve.

    About You:

    You are an experienced in-house corporate Talent Acquisition professional or HR Business Partner / generalist with a strong track record of recently delivering end-to-end recruitment across corporate functions within complex and fast paced commercial environments.

    Reporting to the Head of HR, Oceania, you will be confident operating in a lean HR structure, bringing a proactive and commercially focused approach. You build strong relationships quickly and are comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. This means delivering operationally, as well as supporting or driving end-to-end projects, building the HR structure within the global frameworks, and also comfortable handling the required administration and coordination. 

    You bring strong sourcing capability, the ability to manage multiple roles concurrently, and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes. You are adaptable, hands on, and able to navigate changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

    Additional Requirements/Benefits:
    • Part time engagement of 2 days per week with potential to increase depending on business demand
    • Preference for onsite presence in the Sydney CBD office for at least 1 to 2 days per week
