    The business is sharpening its enterprise strategy, embedding a human‑centred approach to technology and AI, and lifting capability across its leadership population. As Strategic People Partner, you’ll sit right at the intersection of people, performance and strategy.

    This is a role for someone who enjoys influencing at executive level while still being hands‑on and outcomes‑focused.

    Reporting into a People & Culture leadership role, you’ll partner closely with senior executives across Technology, Finance and Corporate functions.
    Your remit is broad and impactful, from workforce planning and organisational design through to talent, performance and culture. You’ll help leaders make smart people decisions that support a global workforce of circa 600 employees.
    This role will suit a confident, commercially minded People Partner who thrives in complexity, enjoys change, and knows how to turn strategy into practical action.

    What you’ll be doing
    • Partnering with executive leaders to align people strategy to business priorities
    • Leading workforce planning, role design and organisational structure reviews
    • Advising leaders on organisational design and change initiatives
    • Supporting talent, succession, performance and retention strategies
    • Using people data and insight to inform decisions
    • Supporting recruitment activity where required
    • Managing complex employee relations and performance matters
    • Contributing to culture, engagement and leadership capability initiatives
    About you

    You’re an experienced People Partner who brings sound judgement, strong influence skills and a pragmatic approach.
    You’re comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑moving environment and can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and delivery.
    Most of all, you build trust quickly and know how to bring clarity to complex people challenges.

    You’ll likely bring:
    • Proven experience in senior people partnering roles
    • Confidence advising and influencing executive leaders
    • Strong capability in workforce planning and organisational design
    • A data‑informed, commercially grounded mindset
    • Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
