Due to a period of growth and development, this growing technology business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their close-knit HR team for a 3-month contract.

About the role
This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist role within a small, engaged People and Culture team. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to deliver full lifecycle recruitment, shape candidate experience, and support employer brand initiatives. Alongside delivery, you will contribute to improving recruitment processes and supporting broader people initiatives as the organisation continues to scale.
About you
You are an experienced internal recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record across end-to-end recruitment. You are confident partnering with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear role requirements, and guiding effective hiring decisions. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment and take a proactive approach to pipeline building. Exposure to recruiting technology, digital and product roles is highly regarded.
