About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an HR Advisor to join a high-performing People & Culture team based in the Riverland region of South Australia.
Supporting multiple operational sites, this role will partner closely with leaders across the business, providing advice and guidance on a broad range of HR matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to deepen their Employee Relations experience and progress into a future HR Business Partner role.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and support to managers on employee relations and people matters
- Assisting with performance management conversations and workplace investigations
- Supporting leaders in unionised and EBA-covered environments
- Attending meetings, documenting outcomes, and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions
- Contributing to HR projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities across the business
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple sites through regular travel
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Officer position
- Exposure to Employee Relations matters, including performance management and workplace issues
- Understanding of Enterprise Agreements (EBAs) and/or unionised work environments
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to partner with operational leaders
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in developing your HR career
- Open to candidates from a variety of industries including FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, retail, mining, healthcare, or other operational environments
