  • A well-established global organisation with a significant presence across Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its collaborative People & Culture team. Operating across a diverse portfolio of commercial industries, this organisation combines a strong international footprint with a local, relationship-focused culture.     The Opportunity

    Supporting a dedicated business portfolio, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This is a true generalist role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships while contributing to broader HR initiatives.

    Responsibilities will include:
    • Recruitment and talent acquisition
    • Employee relations and performance management
    • Policy advice and interpretation
    • Learning and development initiatives
    • Employee engagement activities
    • Remuneration and annual people processes
    • HR operations and compliance support
    • Coaching leaders on people-related matters
    Working within a supportive HR team, you'll partner with both local and regional stakeholders, providing pragmatic HR advice while balancing business needs and organisational frameworks. 

    About You

    You are a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and providing practical, commercially minded advice.
    You'll bring:
    • 3-5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
    • Experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations
    • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
    • Confidence managing competing priorities and working autonomously
    • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
    • The ability to build credibility and trusted relationships across different stakeholder groups
