  • About the Organisation
    Our client is a leading Australian organisation with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand. With a large and diverse workforce, the business is currently undertaking a significant workforce transition and organisational change program, creating an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the team during a critical phase of the project.

    About the Role
    We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor to join the HR team on an initial six-week contract supporting a large-scale workforce transition program.
    This is a highly hands-on role focused on supporting consultation, restructure and redundancy activities. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will play a key role in managing the administration, coordination and documentation associated with a high-volume organisational change project.
    • Support consultation, restructure and redundancy processes
    • Prepare employee communications, consultation packs and documentation
    • Coordinate consultation meetings, schedules and action tracking
    • Provide practical support to leaders throughout the consultation process
    • Manage sensitive employee documentation and maintain accurate records
    • Assist with project administration and organisational change activities
    About You
    This opportunity is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and has previous experience working on workforce transition programs.
    • Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor
    • Strong exposure to consultations, restructures and redundancy programs
    • Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and employee relations practices
    • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
    • Confident managing high volumes of documentation and competing priorities
    • Strong written communication skills and experience preparing employee correspondence
