Working closely with an experienced leader, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of processes such as remuneration reviews, performance cycles, and promotions.

With a strong analytical focus, you will work across large and complex datasets, supporting salary and bonus analysis, benchmarking activities, and job architecture processes. A key part of the role will involve maintaining data integrity, producing accurate reports, and delivering meaningful insights to HR stakeholders and leadership.

You will also act as a central coordination point for cyclical HR activities—tracking timelines, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring processes run efficiently and on schedule. This role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key responsibilities
    • Support annual and ad hoc remuneration processes, including salary and bonus review administration
    • Assist with benchmarking activities, including external salary surveys and internal market analysis
    • Provide analytical support for promotions, role evaluations, and job architecture/levelling
    • Maintain HR data integrity across systems, ensuring accurate reporting on workforce metrics (e.g. headcount, remuneration)
    • Prepare HR and remuneration reports, dashboards, and insights for HRBPs and leadership stakeholders
    • Coordinate key HR cycles, including performance reviews, promotions, and remuneration reviews
    • Support the preparation of materials for leadership discussions (e.g. calibration packs, remuneration proposals)
    • Act as a central coordination point for HR timelines, stakeholder communications, and process tracking
    • Assist with general HR administration to ensure smooth delivery of cyclical activities
    About you
    • 1–3 years’ experience in an HR, remuneration, or analyst/coordinator role
    • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets
    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting
    • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present HR and remuneration data
    • Exposure to HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors) and HR reporting tools
    • Experience supporting HR cycles such as performance, remuneration, or promotions (highly regarded)
    • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
    • A proactive, driven, and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
