The Tandem Partners National HR Salary & Market Insights Survey is now live for 2026. 📊

Each year, we ask Australia's HR community to share what's really happening across the profession. From remuneration and flexibility through to job satisfaction, workforce challenges and hiring trends, the survey provides a valuable snapshot of the issues shaping HR teams across the country.

This year, we've introduced a dedicated section on AI adoption and fluency within HR. How are HR professionals actually using AI? Which tools are gaining traction? And how prepared do organisations feel for the changes ahead? We're expecting the results to provide some fascinating insights into how the profession is evolving.
