  • We're partnering with a well-established and highly regarded organisation to recruit an HR Analyst & Reward Coordinator to support key people initiatives and workforce processes.

    Working within a collaborative People & Culture team, you'll play an integral role in remuneration reviews, workforce reporting, HR data management and annual people cycles. This role offers excellent exposure to reward, HR systems and workforce analytics, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop specialist expertise in this space.

    About the Role

    In this broad and varied position, you will support the delivery of key people programs and provide accurate reporting and insights to stakeholders across the business.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support annual remuneration and bonus review processes, including administration, reporting and analysis
    • Participate in salary benchmarking and market analysis activities, including external remuneration surveys
    • Assist with role evaluations, promotions and job architecture initiatives
    • Maintain data integrity across HR systems and employee records
    • Produce workforce reports and dashboards, including headcount, remuneration and people metrics
    • Coordinate annual HR processes such as performance reviews, salary reviews and promotion cycles
    • Support employee benefits administration and respond to related queries
    • Coordinate HR timelines, stakeholder communications and process tracking
    • Provide general HR administration support across cyclical people activities
    About You

    You are highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoy working with data. You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
    Skills & Experience
    • 1-3 years' experience in HR, reward, people analytics, HR coordination or a similar role
    • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Ability to manage competing deadlines and cyclical HR processes
    • Understanding of HR practices, including remuneration, performance and promotion cycles
    • Exposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors or similar systems
    • Experience supporting annual HR programs and reporting activities is highly regarded
    • Exposure to remuneration benchmarking or salary survey data is advantageous
    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or a related discipline are desirable
