We’re working with a large, complex organisation operating across multiple locations nationally, with a significant frontline workforce and a fast-moving commercial environment. They’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into a key 6-month contract, supporting their largest and most dynamic business unit.
What you’ll be doing
This is very much about keeping things moving, building trust quickly, and adding value from day one.
The environment
You’ll be joining a well-connected, supportive HR team with a good mix of tenure and fresh thinking. It’s a collaborative group that works closely together but gives you the autonomy to run your space.
There’s also a lot of change in parts of the business, so you’ll need to be comfortable stepping into a shifting environment and being a steady, credible voice.
With HQ in the south east, there are hybrid working arrangements in place (3 days in office/2 days WFH)

They’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into a key 6-month contract, supporting their largest and most dynamic business unit.
What you’ll be doing
- Work as a dynamic duo with the Senior HRBP to support the largest portfolio within the organisation (approx. 600 employees)
- Lead key cyclical activities (performance, remuneration and talent reviews)
- Get stuck into employee relations — performance, grievances, and everything in between
- Work directly with frontline leaders, including site-based managers
- Provide practical, commercially grounded advice that actually lands
