  • This growing Australian business is entering an exciting phase of operational and commercial evolution. With a strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement, the organisation is now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced logistics and operations environment, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to help drive the next stage of growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the senior leadership team, this is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded people leader who thrives in an operational setting. You’ll enjoy being close to warehouse, distribution and frontline teams, building leadership capability and translating people strategy into practical, on-the-ground outcomes.

    The opportunity

This is a broad, end-to-end role supporting logistics, supply chain and corporate teams. You will lead people and culture initiatives that ensure the business has the workforce capability, structure and support required to deliver its operational and commercial objectives.
Working closely with operational leaders, you’ll provide practical HR leadership across workforce planning, employee relations, leadership capability and compliance, while embedding a high-performance, safety-led culture grounded in accountability and efficiency.

    About you

You are an experienced HR leader who is comfortable in fast-moving, operational environments such as logistics, warehousing, transport or similar. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and build strong relationships with both leaders and frontline teams.
    You will bring:
    • Strong onsite HR experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing or a similar environment
    • Confidence working closely with frontline operational teams
    • Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations
    • Proven experience managing employee relations matters in operational settings
    • A practical, solutions-focused mindset
    • The ability to influence and build credibility at all levels
    • Resilience and adaptability in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Why consider this role? This is a genuine opportunity to step into a trusted influencer role in a growing, operationally focused business. You’ll work closely with an engaged CEO, influence key business decisions, and play a central role in shaping culture, capability and performance across the organisation.
