Day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing employee relations cases, coaching on performance management, and working on HR projects that contribute to the overall HR strategy. - Provide comprehensive, professional HR advice across the entire employee lifecycle
- Undertake & manage workplace investigations (ER)
- Develop, review, and maintain people policies, procedures, and practices to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Australia
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to implement initiatives, policy frameworks and processes across the business
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience working within a mixed blue/white-collar workforce is essential
- ER case management experience
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field is essential
- Comfortable working in an autonomous environment and on-site.
