    This privately owned and highly successful property group is undergoing an exciting evolution within its People & Culture function. With a diverse portfolio spanning property development, strata management, real estate and facilities services, the organisation is investing in a more strategic business partnering model to support its continued growth.

    As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders across multiple business units, providing trusted advice, coaching and support on people matters while helping to deliver key organisational projects. This is a broad and hands-on generalist role suited to an individual who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.

    Working within a small and collaborative People & Culture team, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships across the organisation, influence outcomes and contribute to the development of people practices that support long-term business success.

    A key focus for the role will be leading and supporting projects relating to compliance, psychosocial safety, risk management, training and development, and the formalisation of people policies and processes.

    Key responsibilities
    • Partner with leaders across multiple business units to provide practical and commercially focused HR advice
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and support leaders through people-related challenges
    • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations and workplace matters
    • Support the delivery of organisational development, culture and engagement initiatives
    • Lead and contribute to compliance-focused projects, including psychosocial safety and risk management programs
    • Review, develop and formalise HR policies, procedures and frameworks
    • Provide advice on employment legislation, awards and workplace compliance requirements
    • Contribute to learning and development initiatives across the organisation
    • Leverage HR systems and data to improve people processes and decision-making
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the People & Culture function
    About you
    • Demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with a diverse range of leaders
    • Experience managing employee relations matters and providing practical workplace advice
    • Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
    • Experience delivering HR projects and driving process improvements
    • The ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
    • Strong communication skills, empathy and the confidence to navigate challenging conversations with tact and professionalism
    • A collaborative and adaptable style, with the ability to work across multiple businesses and stakeholder groups
    Experience within private businesses, property, real estate, construction, professional services or related industries will be highly regarded.
