    About the Role:
    This is a fantastic 6-month day rate opportunity for a HR Administrator ready to step up or an experienced HR Coordinator looking to build on their generalist experience.
    Working closely with both the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners, you will support the full employee lifecycle, gaining exposure across recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes alongside TA Partners
    • Coordinating onboarding activities, including generating employment contracts and documentation
    • Assisting with high-volume candidate and first-line enquiry responses
    • Supporting onboarding queries and ensuring a smooth new starter experience
    • Assisting with employee lifecycle administration and HR documentation
    • Supporting HR Partners with day-to-day HR operations and initiatives
    • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy across systems
    About You:
    You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who is eager to grow your career within a collaborative environment.
    To be successful, you will demonstrate:
    • Previous experience in a HR Administration or Coordinator role
    • Exposure to the full employee lifecycle (or a strong desire to gain this experience)
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • A positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
    Additional Requirements/Benefits
