    About the Role: 
    As the stand-alone HR Manager for the Sydney firm, you will act as a trusted advisor to Partners and senior stakeholders, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle. The role requires a good balance of commercial awareness, sound judgement, and the ability to influence at a senior level.
    Your focus will include partnering closely with leaders on workforce planning, talent and succession, building leadership capability, and managing complex employee relations matters. You’ll also play a key part in delivering core HR cycles, including remuneration reviews, promotions, and performance processes.

    More broadly, you’ll contribute as a true business partner by supporting organisational effectiveness initiatives, getting involved in wider HR projects, and helping to drive engagement, culture, and change across your client group. The role calls for someone adaptable and resilient, who is comfortable navigating ambiguity in a professional services environment.

    About You: 
    You are an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner with a strong track record operating within complex, fast-paced partnership environments, such as professional services, management consulting, accounting or legal. 

      Additionally, you will demonstrate the following:
    • Prior experience in Legal or Professional Services is required;
    • Technically sound HR skills with strong project management experience;
    • Exceptional relationship and influencing skills across all levels;
    • Ability to operate at a commercially strategic level as well as willingness to operate at the transactional level;
    • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
