A well-established, values-led community organisation is seeking a Human Resources Support Officer to join its collaborative People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator or Administrator looking to broaden their experience across the full employee lifecycle within a purpose-driven environment.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with the wider HR team to ensure people processes run efficiently and employees receive a positive and professional experience throughout their employment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job advertising, interview scheduling and reporting.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
- Support employee engagement and performance review activities.
- Coordinate learning and development programs, including mandatory training compliance.
- Provide support across employee relations matters including performance, conduct and grievance processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor and manage shared HR inboxes.
- Assist with workplace health, safety and wellbeing initiatives.
- Support employment separation processes and exit interviews.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in an HR administration, HR coordination or broader administration role.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine interest in supporting positive employee experiences.
- A qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will be viewed favourably.
