    About the Role:

    This is a hands on contract opportunity supporting a significant HR technology and payroll transformation program. Working closely with the Head of HR and broader project stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of a new HRIS and payroll platform.

    The primary focus of the role will be supporting data validation, data migration activities, system testing, process mapping, and readiness activities associated with the implementation. You will work across multiple stakeholders including HR, payroll, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure system accuracy and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

    Alongside the systems work, you will also provide broader HR operational support where required, assisting with employee lifecycle administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding activities, reporting, and ad hoc people projects.

    Key responsibilities will include:
    • Supporting HRIS implementation activities including testing, validation, and process alignment.
    • Reviewing and validating employee data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout migration activities.
    • Coordinating and executing user acceptance testing and documenting outcomes.
    • Supporting payroll implementation activities and assisting with issue resolution during testing phases.
    • Maintaining HR data and records across multiple systems.
    • Assisting with HR administration, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
    • Supporting post implementation stabilisation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
    About You:

    You are an experienced HR systems or HR operations professional who enjoys working within project environments and has a strong eye for detail. You are comfortable managing large volumes of data, enjoy solving problems, and can maintain accuracy and consistency across repetitive processes.

    You will bring:
    • Previous experience supporting HRIS implementation, HR transformation, or systems migration projects.
    • Strong exposure to data validation, testing, data management, and process mapping activities.
    • Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
      • Experience working with HRIS platforms, with exposure to Microsoft D365, SAP SuccessFactors, or payroll systems highly regarded.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with complex data sets.
    • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
    • Confident stakeholder engagement and communication capability.
    • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the willingness to support broader HR activities when required.
    • Experience operating within fast paced, evolving, or transformation environments.
    Additional Requirements/Benefits:
    • 5 days per week, but could be offered flexible at 0.8 FTE arrangement with the ability to structure hours across the week.
