    About the Role
    Reporting to the People Systems Director, this is an exciting opportunity for an People Systems professional to join a collaborative team in a role that offers genuine ownership, variety and impact.

    You'll act as the go-to expert across a range of HR and payroll systems, partnering closely with Payroll, People Services, HR, Finance and external stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining system integrity, security and performance, you'll also play a key role in systems transformation initiatives, including the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

    This role will suit someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes and balancing day-to-day systems administration with continuous improvement and project work.

    Key Areas of Focus Include:
    • Managing and administering HR and payroll systems including SAP S/4HANA Payroll, SuccessFactors, Kronos and DoneSafe
    • Maintaining data security, integrity, compliance and system performance across the people technology landscape
    • Supporting the implementation and ongoing optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
    • Providing system administration, troubleshooting and support to stakeholders across the business
    • Managing position structures, system updates and user access requirements
    • Developing meaningful reporting, analytics and workforce insights for key stakeholders
    • Partnering with Payroll, People Services, HR and Finance teams to support business priorities
    • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working
    • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and broader people projects
    • Acting as a trusted subject matter expert across people systems and reporting
    About You
    You'll be a systems-focused HR/People professional who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and making things better. Curious, proactive and hands-on, you'll thrive in an environment where you can take ownership, build relationships and contribute to meaningful change.

    To be successful, you'll bring:
    • Previous experience working with HR and/or payroll systems from an administration, specialist or systems-focused role
    • Experience with systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Kronos, Workday, SmartRecruiters or similar platforms
    • Strong understanding of system administration, data integrity, security and reporting
    • Ability to manage requests and initiatives end-to-end while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar
    • Exposure to both salaried and hourly workforce environments
    • Knowledge of Australian payroll processes and awards will be highly regarded
    • Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or another complex workforce environment is advantageous
    • A collaborative approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine desire to learn and grow
