  • We’re partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed healthcare business on the appointment of a Human Resources Business Partner.
    This organisation is undergoing significant transformation and expansion, with a clear ambition to scale nationally through acquisition. As part of this journey, they are investing in building a more strategic, forward-looking HR function that can support growth, uplift capability, and drive commercial outcomes.

    This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior leaders and playing a key part in shaping how people strategies support business performance.
    About the role Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with senior stakeholders across the business, combining strategic input with hands-on delivery.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Partnering with leaders across clinical and corporate teams to provide practical HR advice and guidance
    • Designing and implementing core HR programs (performance, development, reward and incentives)
    • Supporting acquisition activity, including integration and people-related due diligence
    • Leading employee relations matters within your portfolio
    • Coaching technically strong leaders to build their people leadership capability
    • Contributing to the development of a stronger employee value proposition, particularly in hard-to-attract talent segments
    • Supporting the shift towards a more self-sufficient, capability-led operating model
    • Developing policies and frameworks to support a growing, multi-site workforce
    What you’ll bring
    • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role within a complex or multi-site environment
    • Strong capability across both strategic programs and operational HR delivery
    • Confidence working closely with senior leaders and influencing outcomes
    • Solid employee relations experience, including managing more complex cases
    • Experience designing or improving HR frameworks (e.g. performance, reward, development)
    • Commercial awareness and the ability to align people initiatives with business goals
    • A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
    Exposure to healthcare or private equity environments will be viewed favourably.
