  • People & Culture Business Partner - QLD or VIC
  • Permanent Full Time

  • Tandem Partners is excited to be partnering with a growing national organisation to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner.

You will work closely with leaders to translate business priorities into effective people solutions that support performance, capability and engagement across geographically dispersed teams.

Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to organisational development projects, transformation initiatives and workforce planning activities that support the organisation's future growth agenda.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic workforce and people initiatives
    • Provide advice and coaching across employee relations, performance and workplace matters
    • Support workforce planning, organisational design and capability development activities
    • Lead and support change initiatives and workforce transition programs
    • Drive leadership capability through coaching and trusted advisory support
    • Analyse workforce trends and people data to support decision making
    • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee experience
    • Contribute to broader People & Culture projects and transformation initiatives.

    • Have experience as an HR Business Partner, People & Culture Partner or Senior HR Advisor
    • Are looking for an opportunity to broaden their strategic partnering capability
    • Have supported leaders through employee relations, workforce planning, change or capability initiatives
    • Enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing leaders
    • Bring a commercial mindset and a practical approach to problem solving
    • Can work autonomously while partnering with geographically dispersed teams
    • Are motivated by professional growth and development within a national organisation.
Experience within healthcare, allied health, disability, community services or NDIS environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.

    What's on Offer
    • A permanent opportunity with national scope
    • Exposure to strategic workforce and transformation initiatives
    • Direct partnership with senior operational leaders
    • Supportive and collaborative People & Culture leadership
    • Genuine career development and progression opportunities
    • Flexible location across Queensland, or Victoria
If you're ready to take the next step into a strategic business partnering role and contribute to a growing organisation's people agenda, we'd love to hear from you.
