    About the Role:
    This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity for an experienced HR Systems Administrator, based near North Ryde (3 days in office, conveniently located near the Metro).
    Sitting within the remuneration team and reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining HR systems integrity and supporting the broader HR function through data, reporting, and structure management.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Managing data maintenance and organisational position structures across HR systems
    • Supporting HR reporting requirements, including contributing to the monthly HR dashboard
    • Partnering with IT to manage system access, functionality, and improvements
    • Overseeing data interfaces into UKG for time capture across both waged and salaried employees
    • Maintaining and enhancing system structures to support business needs
    • Contributing to foundational work ahead of a major Workday implementation
    About You:
    You are a detail-oriented and systems-savvy professional who thrives working with data, structures, and process improvement. You bring a proactive approach and enjoy questioning the status quo to drive better outcomes.
    To be successful, you will demonstrate:
    • Strong experience managing position structures and organisational hierarchies
    • Proven SAP experience (essential)
    • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
    • Exposure to HRIS and payroll systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms (e.g. UKG)
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
    • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset

    Additional Requirements/Benefits
    • 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave
    • Salary up to $150,000 package (inclusive of super)
    • Hybrid working model (3 days onsite in North Ryde)
    • Opportunity to contribute to a major system transformation project
    • Must hold valid Australian work rights for at least 18 months (no sponsorship available)
