    About the Role:

    Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this is a key leadership role responsible for leading and delivering the organisation’s end to end talent acquisition strategy during a critical period of growth and transformation. You will operate across both corporate and technology portfolios, supporting a high volume hiring environment. 

    This role blends strategic oversight with hands on delivery. You will drive the evolution of a centralised and scalable talent acquisition function, uplift capability within a recently restructured team, and implement robust frameworks to ensure consistency, quality and governance across recruitment processes.

    A significant component of the role is partnering closely with the executive and senior leadership teams, providing expert advice on workforce planning, role design and hiring strategy. You will influence decision making in a stakeholder heavy environment while balancing operational demands with longer term transformation initiatives.

    You will also play a key role in supporting broader organisational programs, including a major HR system implementation and post go live stabilisation, alongside initiatives focused on employee experience and organisational capability uplift.

    About You:

    You are an experienced and commercially minded talent acquisition leader with a track record of operating successfully in fast paced, complex and high growth environments. You bring strong capability across both strategy and execution, and are comfortable leading teams through transformation and change.

    You have demonstrated experience leading end to end recruitment functions and developing scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned to business objectives. Your ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence at executive level is a key strength, supported by highly developed communication and relationship management skills.

    You are resilient, adaptable and thrive in environments where priorities shift and expectations are high. You bring strong market awareness, an understanding of workforce trends, and experience leveraging recruitment technologies and systems to drive efficiency and outcomes.

    Experience within technology or corporate environments, as well as exposure to transformation initiatives or HR system implementations, will be highly regarded.

    This is a 12 month contract, so we are ideally looking for candidates who can start immediately. Those with notice are welcome to apply.
