About the Role:
Reporting into the People team, this role will focus on delivering hands-on, operational HR support across a large, geographically dispersed workforce
You will partner closely with regional leaders to provide practical, commercially focused advice on a range of HR matters, with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations.
The role will play a key part in driving consistent, compliant and effective people practices, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures and award requirements.

About You:
- Proven experience in a HR Advisor role, ideally within hospataliity or retail or another high-volume, frontline environment.
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations, including performance management, conduct and workplace issues
- Confidence interpreting awards, pay structures and employment legislation in an operational setting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leaders across multiple sites
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
