You will work closely with senior leaders, the DEI Committee and internal working groups to help translate the organisation’s DEI priorities into practical initiatives. This will include coordinating events and programs, supporting governance and reporting, contributing to inclusive workplace practices and ensuring initiatives remain aligned and on track.

    • Coordinate the organisation’s DEI program of work, ensuring initiatives align with broader strategy, priorities and timelines.
    • Provide coordination support to the DEI Committee, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.
    • Partner with DEI working groups to plan and deliver initiatives, events and employee engagement activities.
    • Provide practical guidance to stakeholders on inclusive workplace practices, accessibility and inclusive design.
    • Support opportunities to embed DEI principles across policies, processes and the broader employee lifecycle.
    • Coordinate DEI communications, education initiatives and intranet content.
    • Track and report on DEI initiatives and outcomes, supporting external reporting and benchmarking requirements.
    • Support the delivery and administration of firm-wide Learning & Development programs.
    • Work with the L&D Manager to promote accessibility and inclusive design across learning materials and programs.
    • Coordinate employee wellbeing, training and compliance initiatives, including Mental Health First Aid, Contact Officer training and wellbeing programs.
    • Manage relationships with relevant external partners, suppliers and vendors.
    • Contribute to broader People & Culture team priorities as required.
    About you
    • Approximately 3+ years’ experience across HR, People & Culture, DEI, Learning & Development or a related area.
    • Exposure to DEI initiatives, employee programs, learning, wellbeing or employee engagement.
    • A genuine interest in developing deeper expertise within the DEI space.
    • Strong organisational and coordination capability, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
    • An understanding of inclusive workplace and learning practices, including accessibility.
    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
