About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is an excellent opportunity for an early career HR professional or recent graduate looking to build a rewarding career within Human Resources.
As a People & Culture Administrator, you will provide broad administrative support across the employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, HR systems, reporting, and compliance activities. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth people processes while partnering with employees and leaders across the business.

You are an organised, enthusiastic, and professional individual who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources. You enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering high quality administrative support, and thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
You will ideally bring 1 to 2 years of experience within Human Resources, People & Culture, recruitment, or administration, however recent graduates with relevant qualifications and a genuine passion for HR are encouraged to apply.
You will also demonstrate:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive and solutions focused approach
• High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to HRIS or recruitment systems will be highly regarded
