    About the Role:

    Reporting to senior People and Culture leaders and working closely with executive stakeholders, this role provides strategic and operational HR partnering support across a diverse client group that includes corporate and operational workforce populations. You will play a key role in delivering people initiatives aligned to business objectives while influencing leaders to build capability, engagement and organisational effectiveness.

    You will establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide contemporary HR advice across workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and employee relations matters. You will lead and support transformation programs, change initiatives and enterprise wide HR projects, ensuring practical and sustainable outcomes are achieved.

    The role also involves driving leadership capability, succession planning and employee development strategies while identifying future workforce requirements and supporting the organisation through periods of growth and change.

    About You:

    You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong track record operating within large and complex organisations. You bring highly developed stakeholder management skills and have demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and supporting business transformation initiatives.

    You have practical experience across organisational design, change management, workforce capability and talent strategies. Your commercial mindset allows you to balance people outcomes with business objectives, while your collaborative style enables you to build credibility and strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation.

    To be successful, you will demonstrate:

    • Extensive HR business partnering experience within a large and complex environment
    • Exposure supporting both corporate and operational blue-collar workforce groups
    • Experience leading capability, development and engagement initiatives
    • Strong change management and HR project delivery experience
    • Knowledge of talent management, succession planning and leadership development
    • Solid employee relations and employment legislation expertise
    • Strong commercial acumen and organisational awareness
    • Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
    • A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
