    An opportunity has arisen for an experienced People Partner to support one of the organisation's largest and most operationally complex portfolios, partnering closely with a senior executive and leadership team responsible for approximately 600 employees across Australia.

    The Opportunity

    Reporting into a highly regarded People leader, this role offers far more than traditional HR partnering. You'll work closely with senior operational leaders, providing strategic guidance while helping navigate the real-world workforce challenges that come with leading a large, geographically dispersed employee population. 

    You'll be instrumental in:
    • Building workforce planning capability and future workforce strategies.
    • Supporting organisational effectiveness and leadership capability initiatives.
    • Providing trusted advice through periods of change and transformation.
    • Helping leaders bring greater structure, prioritisation and proactive planning to their people agenda.
    • Contributing to broader organisational projects and transformation initiatives. 
    About You You are a credible, commercially minded HR professional who understands how to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. You enjoy working in complex environments, build strong relationships quickly and have the confidence to influence senior stakeholders while remaining grounded in business realities. 

    You will bring:
    • Demonstrated HR Business Partnering experience within a complex, multi-site environment.
    • Strong capability in workforce planning, organisational development and change.
    • The ability to influence, challenge and support leaders at a senior level.
    • A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
    • Excellent judgement, resilience and stakeholder management skills.
    • A genuine connection to purpose-led work and community impact.
