People Partner | Multi-site HR role supporting operational leaders, workforce planning, ER and leadership capability across a blue-collar workforce
We're seeking an experienced People Partner to support a large, geographically dispersed workforce across multiple sites. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background partnering with blue-collar operational workforces, managing complex employee relations matters and coaching leaders to drive high-performing teams. Multi-site experience is essential.
Reporting into a senior People leader, you'll work closely with operational stakeholders to provide trusted advice on people strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, organisational change and leadership development. You'll balance commercial outcomes with people considerations while helping leaders confidently manage their teams and navigate complex workplace matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Coach managers on performance, conduct, engagement, development and employee relations matters.
- Manage complex workplace investigations, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance issues.
- Support workforce planning, organisational design, talent and succession planning activities.
- Analyse workforce data and provide insights that support informed business decisions.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, restructures and business improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments and company policies.
- Build leadership capability and drive consistent people practices across a geographically dispersed workforce.
About You

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Generalist role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a multi-site workforce across multiple locations (essential).
- Experience partnering with blue-collar, trade-based, manufacturing, logistics, transport, automotive or other operational workforces (highly regarded).
- Strong employee relations capability, including investigations, disciplinary matters and performance management.
- Proven ability to influence and coach operational leaders.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks.
- Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and leadership development initiatives
- Broad, strategic and operational partnering role.
