    About the Role:
    This newly created People Solutions Advisor role is a short term contract opportunity of approximately 2 months, created to provide critical support during a period of team transition and leave coverage. Reporting to the People Solutions and Experience Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity across HR advisory, employee relations, case management, and people operations activities.

    Working closely with a diverse leadership group, you will provide practical advice across a range of employee and industrial relations matters, support workplace investigations and case management activities, and coach leaders through complex people issues. You will also manage HR administration processes, maintain employee records and documentation, update workforce information within SAP SuccessFactors, and ensure the accuracy of people data that impacts payroll outcomes.

    This role offers broad exposure across HR operations and advisory activities within a fast paced, highly collaborative environment where stakeholder engagement and practical problem solving are highly valued.

    About You:
    You are a confident and approachable HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and balancing operational delivery with advisory responsibilities. You bring strong judgement, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to achieving positive people outcomes.

    You will ideally possess:
    - Demonstrated experience in HR advisory, People and Culture, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partnering environments
    - Experience managing a range of performance, conduct, grievance, and employee relations matters
    - Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, and workplace compliance obligations
    - The ability to coach and influence leaders with varying levels of HR capability
    - Experience interpreting modern awards, enterprise agreements, or workforce compliance requirements
    - Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and solutions focused approach
    - Experience using HRIS platforms, with SAP SuccessFactors highly regarded
    - The confidence to appropriately challenge decisions where required while maintaining trusted relationships
