The Opportunity
As part of a high-performing and collaborative People & Culture team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Performance & Reward Manager to lead the delivery of performance, compensation, incentives and benefits programs across the Australia and New Zealand business.
You will be the subject matter expert for all Performance & Reward matters and play a key role in shaping reward programs that enable business performance, attract and retain talent, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering closely with senior leaders, Finance and People & Culture Business Partners to ensure reward frameworks remain commercially effective, market competitive and aligned to business objectives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Refine and implement reward strategies aligned with business goals and people priorities.
- Lead key Performance & Reward initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead the annual performance management cycle and associated processes.
- Manage job architecture, job evaluation and salary structure frameworks.
- Implement and manage incentive programs that drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Design and manage employee benefits programs that support attraction, retention and engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits and/or a Performance & Rewards role.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/Business or a related discipline.
- Deep expertise across remuneration, sales incentive frameworks, job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
- Experience leading annual salary review and performance management processes within a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS platforms, Excel, Power BI and workforce analytics tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering practical business outcomes.
