  • About the Organisation
    Our client is a highly regarded global organisation operating within a complex and regulated corporate environment. As their reward function continues to evolve, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Reward Specialist to join a lean, high-performing team supporting reward initiatives across a diverse and global workforce.

    This newly created role offers a unique blend of operational reward delivery, advanced analytics, stakeholder engagement and project exposure. Working closely with an experienced and highly regarded Reward leader, you will play a key role in remuneration reviews, governance activities, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the reward function.

    The Opportunity
    Supporting a broad range of business and corporate stakeholders, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality reward analysis and insights while ensuring operational excellence across reward programs.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Supporting annual remuneration and incentive review cycles
    • Conducting remuneration modelling, analysis and benchmarking activities
    • Producing reward reporting, workforce insights and market analysis
    • Developing data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making
    • Partnering with HR, Finance and business leaders on remuneration matters
    • Supporting remuneration governance, compliance and reporting requirements
    • Working extensively with Workday, advanced Excel and Power BI reporting
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiency
    • Contributing to strategic reward projects and broader transformation initiatives
    About You
    You are an analytical and commercially minded reward professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data and influencing outcomes through insight and expertise.

    You will likely bring:
    • Experience within Reward, Remuneration or Compensation & Benefits
    • Exposure to sophisticated remuneration structures and reward frameworks
    • Strong remuneration analytics, reporting and modelling capability
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
    • Exposure to Workday and ideally Power BI
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
    • Exceptional attention to detail and governance mindset
    • Experience within financial services, funds management, banking, insurance or another highly regulated environment will be highly regarded
