    This Senior HR Advisor role sits within a well-established People function, supporting the broader People Partnering team. Operating at a senior advisor / junior business partner level, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a diverse and complex workforce.

    Working closely with senior People leaders, you will flex across multiple portfolios, contributing to key initiatives across high-performance and operational teams. The role will see you partner with leaders, provide trusted advice on people matters, and support the delivery of key cyclical activities.

    You will play an important role in ensuring continuity across the People function, while contributing to broader people strategies aligned to organisational objectives, including performance, engagement and workforce capability.

    Key responsibilities 
    • Prepare and analyse materials to support talent mapping and succession planning initiatives
    • Coach and advise leaders on performance management, employee relations and workplace matters.
    • Provide clear, accurate and commercially sound ER advice in line with legislation and policy
    • Support workforce planning activities, particularly aligned to peak operational periods
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition on high-volume seasonal recruitment
    • Assist with delivery of performance review and remuneration cycles
    • Collaborate with People Partners and specialist teams to deliver integrated HR support across the employee lifecycle
    About you 
    • Experience operating as a Senior HR Advisor or emerging HR Business Partner in a complex environment
    • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and employee relations practices
    • Proven ability to coach and influence leaders on performance, conduct and workplace issues
    • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
    • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels
    • Experience supporting cyclical HR processes such as performance, remuneration and workforce planning is highly regarded
