About the Role:
This position will report to the Head of People & Culture and partner with leadership teams across corporate functions. You will play a central role in helping established and emerging leaders navigate change and workforce readiness activity.
You will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, translating business priorities into commercially focused people strategies. The role will lead organisation design activity while supporting leaders to embed new operating models and ways of working.
You will coach leaders through ambiguity, build practical change capability and ensure initiatives are implemented with clarity, engagement and minimal disruption.
The portfolio also includes succession planning, talent management, leadership development, senior recruitment, remuneration and employee relations matters. You will use workforce data, employee feedback and commercial insight to identify capability gaps, strengthen decision making and monitor the effectiveness of people initiatives.
About You:
About You:
You are a degree qualified and seasoned People & Culture professional with strong business partnering experience gained within a large organisation. You bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and practical delivery, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders while remaining close to implementation.
You have demonstrated experience delivering organisation design and cultural change. You understand how to move from strategy to execution, build leader readiness and operationalise change. You are also comfortable managing sensitive and complex employee and industrial relations matters.
You will have the ability to build credibility with successful, driven stakeholders, work through ambiguity and balance commercial priorities with sound people judgement.
You will be resilient, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership. Advanced communication, negotiation, coaching and problem solving skills will enable you to challenge constructively, provide clear counsel and establish proactive relationships across the business.
