We’re partnering with a growing, purpose-led organisation operating within the disability and allied health sector to recruit an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with operational leaders to support workforce growth across a geographically dispersed business.
Previous recruitment experience within an NDIS environment is a must for this position. You’ll understand the nuances of recruiting within the disability sector, including workforce compliance, screening requirements and the challenges of attracting talent in a competitive market.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of recruitment across allied health, operational and corporate roles, balancing day-to-day delivery with proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, disciplines and locations
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities
- Developing targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and critical roles
- Building proactive talent pipelines, particularly across allied health
- Managing candidate screening, interviews, shortlists, offers and recruitment administration
- Coordinating NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Checks, police checks and right-to-work verification
- Supporting workforce planning, employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Maintaining recruitment systems and reporting on recruitment activity and outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Previous talent acquisition/recruitment experience within an NDIS environment
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders
- A sound understanding of recruitment compliance and workforce screening requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with operational leaders
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
